党务公开是新时期高职院校党建工作的一项重大课题。结合渤海船舶职业学院近年来实行党务公开的实践,阐述了党务公开的内涵和高职院校实行党务公开的重要意义,分析了目前高职院校党务公开的现状、存在的问题及成因,对党务公开的原则、机制、程序和制度等方面进行了归纳总结,旨在探索切实可行的高职院校党务公开的策略和方法。

Party transparency is an important Party construction topic of higher vocational colleges in the new period.According to the practice of BSVC Party transparency in recent years,this paper discusses the connotation of Party transparency and the significance of implementing Party transparency in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the present situation,existing problems and the reason of Party transparency in higher vocational colleges,summarizes principle,mechanism,procedure and system of Party transparency,so as to find a feasible strategy and method of Party transparency.
